I primarily work with individuals and couples looking to explore and navigate areas such as sex, intimacy, communication, conflict, trauma, infidelity, and codependency, as well as some of the more 'minor' day-to-day snags and intimacy blocks that we can experience within relationships and ourselves. I also work with individuals in areas such as: Gender, obsessive food, body, and sexual behaviors, compulsivity, and anxiety related to sexuality, body, and sex. I work with and support people who work in the adult industry, non monogamous folks, kinky people, and people who are navigating their sexualities and identities
I blend a variety of therapeutic modalities to assist you in reaching your goals. We will always be working with your brain rather than against it. My approaches are always grounded in affirming, pleasure-centered, stigma-busting frameworks.
With a warm, humorous, light, and trauma-informed approach, we’ll work dynamically to help you develop a better understanding of yourself and as a result live a more embodied, fulfilling, and self-accepting life.
