I am a licensed clinical social worker in the Los Angeles area. I provide therapy to adults, young adults, and couples via Telehealth. Many of my clients face various mental health struggles and life stressors. I am passionate about working with clients from all different cultural backgrounds. I focus on treating anxiety, mood disorders, trauma symptoms, and relationship and attachment issues.
I provide an empathic and collaborative space to develop self-acceptance and work towards positive change. I am trained in EMDR, certified in Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), and utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy based on the client's goals and preferences.
I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, supported, and not judged. I encourage clients to increase their tolerance of their emotions and adopt a stance of curiosity towards their internal experience, while I simultaneously provide validation and guidance.
