Waitlist for October 2025 is open. Hi! I'm SK Wilder. I'm a licensed therapist and survivor of religious trauma. This group is for adults ages 20+ who have experienced adverse religious experiences and would like to connect with others who have similar experiences. This group will run weekly for 10 weeks. The group structure is to start with a mindfulness practice. Then we will focus on a topic to process and reflect each week. We will end with a closing ritual.
