Clients that often seek my therapeutic alliance often come from diverse backgrounds, varied religious perspectives, and are members of the LGBTQIA+ Community. I strive to make a warm and welcoming environment for my clients to feel they can be as authentic and as vulnerable as they wish to be. My experience includes concerns such as ADHD, Anxiety & Depression, Borderline Personality Disorder, Bipolar Type II, Gender Related Concerns, Chronic Illness/Pain, and many other topics less widely experienced.
I believe in client-centered therapy which utilizes best-fit measures to ensure clients receive the treatment and experience they need according to their individual life experiences, prospects, and beliefs. I have experience with CBT, DBT, and Play Therapy. As I am a recent graduate of Wake Forest University, I hope to continue to add to this list soon!
