I work with you to help identify the barriers that are getting in the way and provide the tools to overcome them.
My main specialty is Accelerated Resolution Therapy (A.R.T). This newer therapy has shown significant improvements in individuals suffering from PTSD, anxiety, depression and other symptoms in 1-5 session. You can learn more at acceleratedresolutiontherapy.com.
