I have worked with a wide variety of individuals, couples, and families. The ideal client is someone willing to work on themselves and not just looking for a “fix all.” I have a passion working with addictions, grief and trauma, relationship problems, and those who have self-harming thoughts or behaviors. I have worked with many who don’t think they can change and really don’t find meaning in themselves or life. Those who are broken, stressed, and overwhelmed with the struggles in life. It doesn’t necessarily matter what the problem is as long as you are willing to work together.
I use different techniques that I believe will best fit the individual. My goal is to meet you where you are and work from there. Whether it is using unconditional positive regard or challenging your thoughts and behaviors. I will always be authentic and aspire to bring out your authentic self as well.
I have several years of experience in the field. I’ve worked with non-profit and private companies. I am seeking to help individuals and couples in a more meaningful way to help bring out or build upon strength you already have. You are more than a number and deserve to be seen, heard, and validated with time and presence.
