I support clients to reconnect with vitality, wholeness, and purpose by identifying blocks and nurturing strengths. I collaborate with each person to support meaningful connections to self and loved ones, to pets, to creative and spiritual practices, to work, community, and the natural world. Compassion and a commitment to honoring each person as unique are guiding principles; I am honored to listen to and support clients of intersecting identities and lived experiences. I also welcome clients receiving integrative health care from providers of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, Chiropractic care, and Functional Medicine
I work with individual adult clients (18+) experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship and intimacy issues, grief and loss, life and work transitions, social anxiety, chronic illness, and trauma symptoms. I also support clients seeking practice with communication, and increased clarity about life-purpose, spirituality, creative practices and dreams.
