Welcome. I have been working as a therapist since 2009. I love working with folks who are feeling stuck, struggling in relationships, feeling hurt or let down by others. Many of us have been impacted by generations of unaddressed mental health, addictions, abuse, poverty, or other struggles. The state of the world can be completely overwhelming. There is so much that can be done in therapy to reduce the grip of those experiences. We can work together so you can feel better in your relationships, more content with yourself, and able to manage the challenges that come with living in the world today.

I love this job. The learning never ends and I am always hungry for knowledge and skills to help you. Talking is helpful, but we can do more. One treatment I use is EMDR. EMDR can help change the way you view yourself and your experiences, so that you feel better. There are lots of ways to help you feel better, let’s work together to see what fits best.
It can be overwhelming or scary when you suddenly reach the point of realizing help is needed. Or maybe you even feel a little excited now that you have committed to yourself. Seizing the moment is important, but so is finding a good fit to make it worth your time and money. Let’s connect and see what we can do together. (Email preferred)
