About
Do you have a high-pressure job? Able to prioritize quickly, work well under pressure, juggle many things at once? This includes mothers, military, first responder, medical personnel, executive, or mental health professionals. High pressure jobs can often lead to the need for perfectionism, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive tendencies, trauma, or addiction. If this sounds familiar you may need help. These kinds of work environments create unique stressors. Do you find yourself struggling with the weight of your profession while having a drive to push through? Your symptoms are spilling over into your personal life and you need a change.
I specialize in helping individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction. I work well with men and women in all different stages of life. I have over 8 years of experience in the mental health field, and I am culturally inclusive and LGBTQIA affirming. I use a strength based and trauma informed approach to counseling.
The weight of life can often be too much to bear alone. You do not always have to be the strong one or the hero. Everyone needs help and I am passionate about helping you not just survive but learn to thrive. Let me help you build a life worth loving; a life of abundance.
