As a therapist at the Phoenix Center for Experiential Trauma Therapy, my holistic and humanistic perspective integrates talk therapy, somatic practices, expressive arts techniques, identity and values exploration, and mindfulness practices. I combine my knowledge of trauma treatment and the arts to create an environment that encourages self-expression. I specialize in working with those who experience/have experienced sexual trauma, abuse, medical trauma, relationship issues, grief, anxiety, and depression.
Utilizing EMDR, Psychodrama, and IFS, I take an experiential approach, allowing clients to connect with their inner wisdom. As a queer and neurodivergent therapist, I prioritize holding a sacred space for folks to process the ways in which external systems impact their lives and emphasize the importance of working from a culturally responsive lens.
I am dedicated to providing ethical, culturally sensitive, and trauma-informed care to my clients. I strive to create a therapeutic space where clients can feel heard, validated, and empowered to embark on a journey of healing and post-traumatic growth. I am honored to be your partner in this work!
