I specialize in working with Queer, Transgender and Non-Binary Individuals as well as Women and people in relationships. People come, or come back, to therapy for lots of reasons. You might be experiencing a crisis or maybe you've identified a behavior that isn't working anymore. Perhaps you only know that you feel awful and need something to change. You might even be doing okay but have the desire to show up to life in a more open and whole hearted way. Therapy can help.
My approach is holistic, client centered and concerned with social context. I draw from a range of modalities to best suit your needs including psychodynamic, relational, narrative, and behavioral. As your therapist, my job is to create a safe, non-judgmental but challenging environment to help you identify goals and work towards growth and healing.
I work with adult individuals and people in relationships - both Queer and straight couples as well as those in ENM and polyamorous relationships. I find the work that I do to be extremely rewarding. Helping people heal, care for themselves, and live to their fullest potential is my contribution to social justice.
