You want to feel connected to your truest self, to the people in your life, and to your body, but deep down you are struggling to see yourself as anything worth fighting for. You may be fed up with the constant self-doubt getting in your way-preventing you from moving forward. You may be exhausted from the overwhelming ups and downs or the inner voice that continually reminds you you’re not enough. But one thing is for sure: you’re ready for some relief. You’re ready to feel less alone. You’re ready for self-acceptance. Most of all, you’re ready to re-connect to your body, reclaim your identity, and live a more meaningful life.
Sessions with me are collaborative and a blend of psychoeducation, exploring patterns from a place of curiosity and mindfulness, and learning new skills. Together, we widen your capacity to sit with difficult emotions and re-write the narratives that no longer serve you. And we always go at your pace, never pushing to a place you don’t feel ready for.
I believe that society teaches us harmful narratives that we end up internalizing as our own. As an experienced EMDR and gender therapist, I can help you discover the internal compass hidden inside of you, as well as guide you through processing past experiences that are keeping you stuck. You don’t have to continue feeling disconnected- email for a consult.
