It’s our journey to examine those experiences and identities, integrate some, and let go of the rest.
It’s not just enough to say, “it’s not my fault”, but to feel your whole body relax and know in your bones, “it’s not my fault.”
That’s the healing I hope clients walk away with. A floating down to be firmly in your body with your feet rooted. An ability to listen to your innate intuition and deep wisdom. The freedom to explore and play in the safety of your own magical landscape.
