I am here to help you navigate the highs and lows in a heart-centered approach. Compassion, validation, and a non judgmental environment will support your unique process of moving forward. Using the Humanistic perspective, we will focus on your strengths and individualism to explore and exercise newer, healthier coping skills.
I specialize in grief, loss, and trauma. I offer a neurocognitive psychology model to emphasize growth and recovery. Creative approaches through expressive arts, CBT, DBT, and trauma informed Gestalt therapy are offered in conjunction with holistic resources such as yoga and mindfulness rewiring.
