I will work with and support you to reach your goals towards recovery. We will address your anxiety, depression, and past and present trauma that you may be experiencing. As a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor, I have worked in the addiction field for over 15 years. I work with individuals, families, and couples who struggle with addiction issues. I also treat co-occurring disorders that may be present.
Each person is unique and deserves dignity and respect. I provide a safe and non-judgmental environment. My approach is eclectic and holistic. I utilize the best clinical practices of motivational interviewing, person centered, cognitive behavioral, and dialectical behavioral therapy.
