I particularly enjoy helping people heal from trauma, build resiliency, and grow self-confidence. The clients I work with want to learn how to better regulate their emotions, self-validate, and gain insight into stuck patterns and behaviors so they can move forward with authenticity and inner strength.
I have over a decade of experience in my specialities of PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, and ADHD. I also have advanced training in the modalities of EMDR, DBT, and IFS. My style is trauma-informed and eclectic so we can work on your individual treatment goals with the modality and pace that is best for you. I am relaxed, humorous, and a little quirky!
