Are you feeling stuck in the same patterns, even after years of therapy and trying to change? Maybe you understand why you react the way you do, but still find that you're unable to shift or change these reactions? Trauma-informed work recognizes that these coping strategies once helped you to survive. Together, we’ll gently update the responses that no longer serve you, so that change can happen at a deeper, more lasting level. With support, you can learn to process past experiences, regulate your emotions, and reconnect with a sense of safety and self-trust.
I use EMDR, DBT and internal family systems approaches in therapy. I am also a trained psychedelic-assisted therapist, a psilocybin (mushroom) facilitator, and ketamine-assisted therapist.
I believe in your innate ability to heal. I’ve found that this happens in relationships: to ourselves, to others, to our community, and to nature. I work to support people in reconnecting with parts of themselves that have been silenced, shamed, ignored, or forgotten.
