Simplicity Parenting Discipline and Guidance Group
This group explores discipline through the Simplicity Parenting approach of warm, firm and calm guidance. The aim of the group is to give parents simple, doable strategies to meet their child's challenging behaviors in a new way in addition to joining with other parents on a path exploring discipline as a process of social and emotional guidance rather than punishment. These groups encourage developmentally appropriate boundary setting strategies applicable for ages 0-9. These groups consists of six 1.5hr video call (Zoom) gatherings once a week for six weeks.
