I I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (Level 2) with 16 years of work experience in the mental health field working with adults, and healers of all kinds. I have experience working with individuals struggling with depression, shame, anxiety, care giver stress, trauma, life transitions, health anxiety, anger, marital/ relationship stress, addictions, co-dependency, self-love deficit, burnout, people pleasing, disconnection from self, self-esteem, and generational challenges.
My approach is holistic and whole body (mind-body-spirit-breath). I draw from the following modalities: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems- informed , Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Somatic Approach, Cross-Cultural, Nature Based Therapy, and Spiritually-Oriented Psychotherapy.
I can support you with connecting to your internal wisdom, finding your voice, increase clarity, and learn strategies to cultivate inner and external harmony.
