Many are journeying through resolving trauma, anxiety, stress or depression issues. Regardless of your pain, I am invested in your growth, emotional freedom and creating your wellness plan.
The adolescents I work with struggle with loss related to life transitions: parental divorce or breaking ups are painful and clients need to learn how to express their emotions in a healthy way. Dealing with peer conflict and planning goals for the future are also high on their priority list.
