We are all works in progress - or as I see it, masterpieces in the making. In therapy, my hope is to create a safe place for you to share the joys and challenges of being human in this world. It is a place to explore patterns that continue to show themselves, a place to explore how family, community, institutions, and social systems have impacted us, and a place to grow in awareness so as to participate more authentically in the fabric of life. I firmly believe we all carry the potential to transcend our history and patterns and view my job not as healer but as a human creating a space for you to find the healer within yourself.
I specialize in anxiety, depression, and relationship problems and often work with high-functioning, creative individuals who struggle with perfectionism, enough-ness, and other self-limiting beliefs. I also specialize in working with people from multicultural backgrounds, helping unpack the impact of immigration, acculturation, or the pressure to belong.
Lastly, I work with parents who are needing support throughout the parenting journey. I walk as a human right alongside parents to support the joys and challenges that come with raising a child, including exploring unconscious triggers that emerge within us as we parent our kids. I see myself as part of your team to find what works for you and your family.
