I am a compassionate therapist who values my relationship with clients and effectively provides education, feedback, and a variety of strategies based on the clients presenting issue. I work with my clients to understand their stressors, enhance their self-awareness, discover their inner strength and resilience, and improve their coping skills.
My clients value my style of providing feedback, support, and challenging negative thought patterns. I am a versatile provider, but feel my clients have most success with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy which includes reframing, distress tolerance, and increasing mindfulness of what and where their thoughts are.
I maintain a private practice in a comfortable office on Chicago's south side. I am proud to work with you regardless of your age, race, faith, who you love or how you identify your gender.
