I enjoy helping clients work towards goals of self-acceptance, resilience, and empowerment. I hope to offer understanding and validation of your experiences in life as you work towards a better understanding of yourself in the world and of the world around you.
I utilize person centered approaches with clients to encourage those that I work with to see the strength and insight that they hold in themselves. I am trained in brainspotting and utilize this tool with clients to address various issues. My experiences in the mental health field allow me to walk alongside you as you explore what is impacting you the most.
