Are you needing to talk and vent about the daily struggles that life can throw at you? If so, you have found the place, I strive to provide my clients with a comfortable space where they can come and process whatever is on their mind that day. I tailor my approach to what my clients need and truly try to meet my clients where they are at emotionally. I do telehealth only with my clients at this time where they can access counseling services from the safety and comfort of their own home. Come to counseling sad, happy, angry, however you need to just know that I am here to listen and help you process whatever is going on in your life.
I currently offer counseling services to teens, adults, couples, and families. I have extensive training in fertility issues, perinatal/postpartum mental health, and eating disorders. I have received my eating disorder training certificate and I have also received a certification in animal assisted therapy and am an animal assisted therapy-interventionist.
