2026 is here- Are you ready to navigate the path to wellness and create lasting change together? My lifelong passion for helping others found its true calling in counseling. Previously as an EMT I witnessed the challenges of physical and mental health intertwined, revealing the resilience and compassion in every individual. These experiences ignited my commitment to making a meaningful difference in people’s lives, focusing specifically on mental health. I aim to empower others during their most vulnerable moments, helping them tap into their inner strength and fostering healing.
Populations: public servants, veterans, women’s mental health, and individuals diagnosed with PTSD and anxiety. In addition, I also work regularly with adults diagnosed with Autism, ADHD, and low self esteem.
I subscribe to the person-centered theory and the belief that we all hold the inner ability to change when internally motivated. It is my job as a counselor to be a resource for your journey and accomplishments. I have a passion for helping people- but I believe that helping someone help themselves is much more profound.
