Hello! I am interested in working with a variety of individuals who suffer from anxiety, depression, and PTSD. I stumbled across counseling as my potential career when I was working as an EMT, and I truly haven’t looked back since. I subscribe to the person-centered theory and the belief that we all hold the inner ability to change when internally motivated. It is my job as a counselor to be a resource for your journey and accomplishments, but it is your responsibility to commit to your treatment. I have a passion for helping people, but I believe that helping someone help themselves is so much more profound.
