I am passionate about supporting people on their soul’s journey—those who need guidance during a difficult season of life or who feel ready to do the deep work of trauma healing. I work best with clients who want to strengthen their self-understanding and feel the call to lead a life that is more authentically aligned. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship stress, trauma, grief, and addiction who feel ready to release old, fear-driven patterns and cultivate a more embodied and compassionate relationship with themselves.

I offer a heart-centered and trauma-informed approach to therapy. I am an IFS Level 1 trained, Reiki 1 & 2 certified, an experienced registered yoga teacher, and have over a decade experience studying the ancient wisdom traditions.
