I am neurodivergent, and love working with other neurodivergent people! I also specialize in grief, trauma, and helping either individuals, or members of a relationship navigate difficult chapters together. I like to be collaborative, welcoming, and encouraging.
When grief and trauma appear in life, there is always a lack of choice; there is always a moment in which we have no control. Part of healing is to find the very tool that was taken away in that moment; choice. To heal yourself in a hardened world that often takes choices away is so very difficult, and I am here to sit with you in this journey.
