Supporting you through your time of transition, stress or discomfort and helping you move to a place of peace and growth is my goal. My areas of focus are life transitions, relationship stress, depression, anxiety, and ADHD in teens and adults. I have additional training in perinatal mood disorders and am working towards my Certification in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C). Let's dive in, explore those sticking points and help you find the change you deserve!
I have experience working with children, teens and adults dealing with a range of issues including: divorce/separation, parenting, pre/postpartum mood, depression, anxiety, sports performance, disordered eating, stressed family systems, self-harm, ADHD, perfectionism and identity issues.
As a former middle school teacher and mother, I have a unique background working with children, adolescents and parents. I like to use an eclectic approach, intentionally tailored to the unique needs of each client. I believe that counseling should be an interactive process where you are given the space to grow and thrive.
