I work with couples, teens, and young adults and help my clients create the life they always dreamed of! I believe that the conflict we face in our lives is a wonderful opportunity for deeper connection, and that healing begins when we learn to communicate effectively and show compassion toward ourselves as well as others. Using approaches like attachment theory, Gottman Method, mindfulness, DBT, and collaborative therapy, my goal is to create a safe space where my clients can work through these things.
