I’ve been on the other side of the counseling room. I’ve sat on the couch and I’ve been misunderstood and disregarded by a therapist before. My goal in counseling is to meet each client where they are, with compassion, empathy, and when appropriate, a little bit of laughter. I genuinely believe each person that walks into my office deserves the chance to be seen. Together, we can begin to grow and create lasting change. My personal passion is helping others realize their strengths and guiding them as they navigate their way to a happier, healthier lifestyle through whatever counseling style that may be.
I have spent my time working with a variety of clients suffering from anxiety, depression, relationship issues, as well as those with ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorders. My passion is working with upper elementary children, teens, and young adults struggling to find their place in life.
