About
I am a Licensed Psychotherapist providing therapy in a private practice setting. I have been in practice for over 10 years providing both inpatient and outpatient psychotherapy to individuals, couples and families. In previous positions, I was a Coordinator and Supervisor in the U.S. as well as internationally, which allowed me to work with a variety of clients utilizing several different approaches depending on the specific needs of the clients. I also used that knowledge in helping to train and supervise Master's Level Clinicians in working with their clients as well.
My areas of experience and interest include working with both adults and children struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, substance abuse issues, grief and loss, workplace issues, life transitions, relationship struggles as well as families and couples around communication, divorce and/or parenting.
I also have extensive training in working with trauma and substance abuse.
