I work with teens and adults who are in states of grief and loss, are struggling with anxiety or depression, or trying to explore their identity or spirituality. With a background in psychology and the arts I like taking a creative approach in therapy.
I pull from a mix of counseling approaches depending on my client's needs. From more structured approaches such as CBT, to flowing existential or narrative therapies, each person is unique in what is the most helpful to them. With each person I work with, I look at their life holistically to tailor the therapeutic experience to them.
I believe that each person has the strength to move beyond even the toughest obstacles, and that asking for help can sometimes be one of the hardest steps. I'm here to help you move forward into the life you want to make for yourself!
