In our work together, we'll draw upon the latest research and evidence-based practices, including Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS) parts work, and the Ployvagal Theory. This holistic approach allows us to address the interplay between trauma, attachment, and resilience.
