Welcome! I'm Sarah Hauge and I am a pre licensed social worker who believes in a flexible, client-centered approach to therapy. I know that finding a therapist can be one of the most difficult pieces to seeking help. I am here to meet you or your child where you are at, and help you identify what you need to begin healing.
I currently work with children and adolescents, young adults, and adult women. I specialize in anxiety, grief, chronic illness, chronic pain, siblings of those with chronic illness, depression, and trauma. I strongly believe that play is a child's primary language, and utilize play therapy, expressive art therapy, and sand tray therapy.
I provide a supportive and collaborative environment, allowing you to feel safe and heard. I look forward to working alongside you, as you begin your healing journey.
