I have clinical experience across a wide variety of clinical settings. My primary areas of interest and training include assessment and support of individuals with neurodiversity including autism and ADHD, and treatment of trauma, mood disorders, and anxiety disorders. I utilize a bio-psycho-social approach with individuals, integrating modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, Internal Family Systems, EMDR, exposure therapy, relaxation, breathwork, and yoga therapy practices. I am also a member of PsyPact and can practice virtually from Virginia in participating states.
