I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem challenges, and life transitions, or who are simply feeling overwhelmed trying to keep up with everything. Many of the people I work with find themselves overthinking, second-guessing themselves, or pushing through stress without really feeling better. I offer a steady, supportive space where you can slow things down, get out of the mental loop, and start to feel clearer and more in control.
I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and person-centered, strength-based approaches to help you build skills that make a real difference in everyday life. Sessions are collaborative, active, and focused, with space to process your experiences while also developing practical tools you can use outside of therapy.
Therapy with me is grounded in empathy, honesty, and helping you move forward in a way that feels realistic and sustainable. I offer both in-person appointments in Dedham and telehealth sessions throughout Massachusetts through Green Hill Counseling.
