As a therapist, I hope to be this person for my clients. I believe in the inherent worth of each of my clients and work to help them see this in themselves, focusing on compassion and acceptance. I work with adults, teaching skills to manage the challenges of life and holding space for difficult moments that have no answers. I believe in helping clients uncover what is important to them and working with them to integrate these things in their lives, allowing them to find more joy and peace.
