I tend to take a warm, yet direct approach with my clients. I am very relational and tend to build great rapport that allows me to ask the hard questions and bring a bit of a challenging aspect when clients want/need it. I specialize in grief, anxiety, identity (who the heck am I) and relationships.
I describe myself as a guide on your counseling journey. I cannot fix you, change you, or make you do anything. I can give you tools, a different perspective, ask you questions that no one has asked you, and create a safe space for you to look within.
