Hi, I'm Sarah, a Licensed Clinical Counselor practicing since 2015. In 2018 I moved from Atlanta, GA, to sunny Orange County, California, where I currently reside. I have always had a passion for guiding and supporting youth. My primary specialties are depression, anxiety, grief, and loss. I work with children ages 6-10, adolescents, and young adults up to age 35. I am comprehensive in my therapy approach and adapt to each client's individual needs. I work from a family system and solution-focused based framework.
