Do you feel sad, anxious, tired, or angry more than you’d like to? Are you living with past trauma or pain that you can’t seem to move past? Do you struggle with relationships, self-esteem problems, shame, or destructive patterns? Learning more about how your mind works, and how patterns in your life have developed can allow you to begin to break unhealthy cycles and become more in tune with your true, whole self. I work with adults ages 18 and over in individual psychotherapy to address a range of issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, relationship problems, and all manner of life transitions.
My work with patients is grounded in psychodynamic, relational, and anti-oppression theories of clinical practice. If this sounds like the right fit for you, I encourage you to reach out. I am here to answer any questions you may have in taking that first step towards growth, change, and healing. I look forward to hearing from you.
NOTE: I have intermittent openings. Please contact me through my website, sarahwinchestertherapy.com. Due to the high volume of inquiries, if you do not hear back from me within a week, this means my practice is full.
