Starting therapy is a big step, but it doesn’t have to feel overwhelming. I’m a temporarily licensed therapist with my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and I’m passionate about helping children, teens, young adults, and families navigate life’s challenges with clarity and confidence.
I have experience supporting clients in both inpatient and outpatient settings, and I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, life transitions, and intellectual and developmental disabilities, including autism. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and understood.
My approach is person-centered, meaning I believe you are the expert in your own story. We’ll work together to identify your strengths and build skills for growth and healing. I use evidence-based approaches like CBT and solution-focused techniques, with developmentally appropriate, often play-based interventions for children and teens.
