I want to help you heal in a way that works for you. I’m an intuitive, hands-on therapist who will work with you to set your goals and to meet them by the end of therapy. We wil work on finding ways for you to feel relief from feelings of anxiety or depression or in exploring traumatic areas from your past. I understand the struggles people go through in relationships and how important it is to find somebody who really gets what you are going through, will help you to learn new communication skills, and guide you to feel content, gain clarity and peace of mind.
I received my Master’s of Science in Psychology from Nova Southeastern University. I’ve received extensive, high quality training from Jewish Family & Children’s Service in Long Beach. My approach is a combination of CBT, IFS, Solution-Focused, Psychodynamic & Trauma Informed therapy. I also specialize in dating coaching, and with parenting and families.
My experience allows me to very quickly understand the issues you want help with. I value your time and will work hard to make each session count. We can meet via teletherapy or in person!
