Sometimes the stories we’ve been told—or the stories we tell ourselves—make us feel like we’re too much, not enough, or just "wrong" in a world designed for someone else. That's why I love working with clients to untangle old narratives and build new ones that allow for living authentically, where your pain can be held, and your fears can be overcome. Whether you’re experiencing frequent arguments, emotional distress, infidelity or intimacy issues, or challenges adjusting to big changes, we will collaborate on ways to re-author the stories that no longer serve you, rebuild trust, and resolve conflicts.
As a Marriage and Family Therapy Intern, I am passionate about creating a radically safe space for people to unmask, explore, and thrive. Whether you join me at our peaceful, cozy office or prefer to meet via telehealth, we'll work together to accomplish your goals.
Your thoughts, feelings, and ideas will be met with understanding and support. Finding healthy ways to manage expectations, recognize and articulate needs, and cultivate hope and resiliency is just a toolbox away. So, if you’re ready to take the step between feeling stuck and moving forward with intention, it would be a privilege to join you on your journey!
