I am a depth psychotherapist grounded in Jungian psychology. Rather than focusing
solely on symptom management, this work invites a deeper exploration of meaning, identity, and inner life with a goal of lasting psychological change. Depth psychotherapy recognizes that much of human experience is influenced by unconscious processes, forces which often show up in recurring life patterns, emotional struggles, or moments of feeling “stuck.” Through careful attention to these patterns, depth therapy becomes a process of cultivating self-awareness, integration of new growth, and increasing psychological flexibility.
A central feature of depth psychotherapy is the therapeutic relationship itself. Our work
unfolds within a collaborative, trusting relationship that allows deeper material to emerge at a pace that feels safe and respectful. Over time, this relationship becomes a meaningful space for insight, emotional honesty, and transformation.
Sessions are grounded in lived experience. We explore thoughts, emotions,
relationships, and life transitions as they arise, while also remaining curious about the deeper meaning and internal dynamics at play. Dreams or symbolic material may be explored when relevant, but always in service of understanding your current life concerns and inner development.
