My passion is working with individuals who are motivated to change to live a happy and more balanced life. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience in multiple settings treating anxiety, attentional issues, autism and trauma for 22 years in clients of all ages and cultural backgrounds. Along with doing therapy I worked as a school counselor for 17 years and can help navigate concerns with academics, social/emotional learning, and parenting.
Areas of specialty included stress management and trauma related disorders. As a mom of 3, I enjoy helping moms/families adjust to and improving their lives.
