I specialize in working with adults mid 20s and up who are hurting and yearn to heal from the effects of anxiety, depression, childhood or recent trauma, relationship issues, and grief/loss. Through our work together, you will gain perspective, strategies, and empowerment to develop emotional, mental, and relational wellbeing. When requested, I am happy to engage Christian counseling to help illuminate the bigger picture to overcome obstacles and gain clarity and tranquility through God’s Word and prayer.

I am out of network with insurance; however, a superbill (receipt) will be provided that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Check with your insurance company about the percentage you will get back once you submit your claims. I do offer a sliding scale.
