I enjoy working with teens and adults of all ages. I am also an EMDR therapist which is helpful in addressing trauma related reactions as well as other concerns. I pull from a variety of therapeutic modalities that I tailor to each client's needs and personality.
I hold a Masters degree in Clinical Social Work from USC and a Masters of Theology from Fuller. I have over 15 years of experience serving children, youth, and adults. I provide a safe space to process and a strength-based and mindful approach that examines what’s working for you and what needs adjusting.
I love to equip my clients with coping skills that will help them identify and achieve their goals as well as be better prepared for future stressors and transitions.
