If you’re ready to move beyond symptom relief and achieve deeper, more lasting change, I’d be honored to support you on that journey.
I specialize in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a powerful approach originally developed for trauma that is now used to address a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, and relationship struggles. Even if you don’t think of yourself as a trauma survivor, early life experiences shape how we respond to the world in ways we may not fully realize.
Sometimes we find ourselves stuck in patterns that no longer serve us — patterns rooted in memories that were never fully processed. EMDR helps the brain rewire these memories, connecting them to more accurate, compassionate understandings of ourselves. Through this work, we can stop reacting from the past and start living more freely in the present.
Change is hard, but you don't have to go through it alone. I look forward to hearing from you!
