At Sanctuary, we work with children, adolescents, and adults who are carrying things that feel too heavy to carry alone — trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, attachment wounds, and the weight of an inner critic that has spoken too loudly for too long. My husband and I founded this practice with the belief that healing requires feeling truly safe — not just logically knowing you are safe, but actually feeling it. Our goal is to create that experience from the moment you arrive, so you can begin living the life you were born to live. I specialize in trauma, attachment, anxiety, and depression, working with children, teens, and adults.
I am an EMDR practitioner & trained in TBRI & Theraplay- powerful attachment-based approaches for children and families, particularly those navigating adoption or foster care.
